Refund policy

2. Non-Eligible Products for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept the return of opened or used cosmetic products.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, the customer can download and fill out the form attached to our website and send it to the email address specified in the Contact section (this is also found within the form). Alternatively, you can send an email to the email address specified on our website. If you wish to contact us via email, please compose your message with the following information:
- Email subject: Product return (product name)
- In the email body, please specify the following information: order number, the names of the products you wish to return, the reason for return, bank account for the refund transfer, and contact information.
4. Condition of the Products
Returned products must be unopened and with the original packaging intact. If the product is not in this condition, it will not be accepted for return.
5. Return Costs
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning the products, except in cases where the products were delivered defective or were shipped incorrectly. You can choose a courier of your choice, or we can arrange for a courier to pick up the product.
6. Return Processing
Once the returned products have been received and inspected, we will assess their condition. If the products meet the return criteria, we will issue a refund for the value of the returned products.
7. Refund
The refund will be made using the bank account mentioned by the customer in the return form or in the email sent to the store, indicating the intent to return the product.
8. Refund Timeframe
The refund timeframe may vary depending on the payment method and the time required to process the return. We will make every effort to complete the refund process within a maximum of 10 business days.
