Order cancellation policy

We want to give our customers the best shopping experience, so we understand that situations may arise where you want to cancel an order. To handle these situations effectively, please read and follow our order cancellation policy.
- Cancellation Period
An order can be canceled for free within 1 hour of placing the order, if it has not already been processed and shipped. After this interval, sometimes even earlier, orders enter the processing and shipping phase, and cancellation may incur certain costs.
- Cancellation after Processing
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been processed, we will deduct a processing fee of €1.50 + VAT from the order value to cover administrative and handling costs.
- Orders Shipped
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, the order can be returned according to the return policy and the return costs will be handled by the customer according to the return policy.Â
- How to Cancel an Order
To cancel an order, please contact our customer support, quoting your order number. Make sure you contact us as soon as possible so that we can handle the cancellation within the specified time frame. You can send us a WhatsApp text at +40721210023.
- Refunds
If an order is canceled within the time allowed and has not been shipped, we will refund you the amount paid, if the order was paid online, less any applicable processing fees. Refunds are made within 14 working days, provided a bank account number is provided to our email address.Â
